It's Been Awhile....

Sorry, for the lack of posts...

But, hey it's summer and the summer of 2009 will go down as the busiest... well, at least for Maci!!! Which, makes it busy for her personal assistant (her mom, me)

So, Band camp at UTA, Volleyball camp at UNT, church camp at OBU (Oklahoma Baptist),

Mission trip to Beaumont, Tx and a family vacation to New Braunfels.... whew what a summer!

But, I don't think I ever heard, "I'm bored" only "I'm tired" and "what else do I need to pack?"

The good part of it, with all the traveling, and the bad cafeteria food, Maci has decided to become the expert on the Eat Clean Cook Book... we have had a few learning experiences...

such as self rising flour is not the same as regular... fresh basil doesn't measure like dried basil (it was soo thick had to rinse the noodles and chicken in a colandar)... but, she has also made some great stuff too!! I think I am going to let her add a segment to share her favorites.

The past few weeks, I have been getting ready for a competition, so, the eating has been strict... but, the Europa in Dallas will be so much fun!! I will post some pictures. But, until then, here is some info about the show.
